E4 : Hefty Holidays

Available now on Spotify and Apple Podcasts

As the holidays fast approach, Natalie and Sam get a little Dickensian for their fourth and final episode of the year (an extra chonky special). The ladies receive a visit from a former holiday ‘colleague’ (or two) and discuss the spirits of Christmas past, present, and future. All of the ladies' holly jolly stories are coming out for this festive episode, which includes their favourite gifts received as fatties, their holiday gastronomic hits and misses, some real talk on how to handle those pesky body-shaming relatives, as well as teetotaling tips for the sober and sober curious.
