E3 : Fit For Twerk

Available now on Spotify and Apple Podcasts

Your Full Fatties have experienced work life at both ends of the body image spectrum, and they're here to tell the tale. Building a career can be tricky as it is, but adding that extra layer of fatness can make it downright difficult. How does being fat impact work? Are fat people relegated to "backroom roles"? Do they face exploitation and constantly deal with insensitive or blatantly fat-phobic coworkers and leaders? The ladies discuss their experiences of being fat at work, the changes that need to happen, ways to support your fat co-workers, and why "large" needs to mean "in charge" more often in this episode.
