Hosted by Natalie Roach and Sam Luck, Full Fat is a podcast that overanalyzes the things that millennial women obsess about through a very specific lens: fatness. The two hosts met a decade ago in an eating disorder recovery program and understand what it's like to be fat-shamed by both the world and your inner critic.

Natalie grew up as a fat child on the east coast of Canada, watching Ricki Lake and anxiously waiting for the spring edition of Girl Guide cookies. Sam, on the other hand, grew up as a fat child on the beaches of Western Australia, watching Degrassi Junior High and enjoying her fair share of Tim Tams and Cheesymite Scrolls.

Consider yourself literally and figuratively invited to chew the fat with these two.

Through various bumps and triumphs, both have developed into bold, no-holds-barred women. Today, they adopt 'full fat' as a philosophy for life and are committed to taking up space in ways that their younger selves could only have dreamed of.

Join these soft-thighed and soft-hearted 'fatties' as they unpack the upside of decades on the plus side and discuss rarely talked-about issues such as lunchbox thievery, hypervigilance, fatphobia, and a woman's journey to self-acceptance, self-expression, and embodiment.
